  • High zoom binoculars that bring you closer to faraway landscapes

The Kenko "SG-Z 20-100x30 FMC Limited" is a compact binocular with 20x to 100x zoom. This binoculars can be used for multiple purposes: at 20x magnification, you can observe wild birds hand-held, and at 100x magnification, you can attach it to a tripod to observe the moon...etc. With a telescope, it takes time and effort to assemble the parts and optical tube and observe, but with SG-Z, only simple processes such as setting the magnification and mounting on a tripod* are needed to make an observation. Also, compared to a telescope, the SG-Z requires only a minimal amount of luggage to carry. *Tripod is sold separately.

  • What do you see at 100x?

SG-Z Binocular allows you to observe an object by magnifying the magnification from 20x to 100x.

When looking at an object at a distance, first capture the object you want to see at 20x and then increase the magnification to observe even finer details.

    Example)

If you look at a Ferris wheel in the daytime, at 20x you can only see that there is a Ferris wheel, but at 100x you can see the gondolas of the Ferris wheel.

When observing the moon at night, at 20x you can see the moon, but at 100x you can see the moon's craters.

*The higher the magnification, the narrower the field of view becomes, so it is recommended to use a tripod (sold separately) for observation at higher magnifications.

  • Tips for seeing things far away

Since it is not possible to confirm where the object is when observing from the beginning with high magnification, first adjust the position of the object, focus, eye width, etc., with low magnification.
